 The South Middleton Township (SMT) Bird Town PA (BTPA) Committee is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help protect and promote our local bird populations and preserve natural habitats.

 What is Bird Town PA?
Bird Town PA is a statewide initiative dedicated to creating bird-friendly communities through habitat preservation, native plant promotion, and public education. As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in fostering a healthier, more sustainable environment for birds and people alike.

 Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Assist with community bird walks and educational events.

  • Help with native plant gardening and habitat restoration projects.

  • Engage in outreach and raise awareness about bird conservation.

  • Contribute to newsletters, social media, and community reports.
